How to join the Twitter community for your business

Twitter communities provide a dedicated space to discuss specific topics with like-minded people.

While you can use Twitter to research and discuss topics of professional interest to you and your business, Twitter is a huge platform with millions of tweets and thousands of different interests and topics. It’s a place. Sometimes it can seem overwhelming. One way to narrow your reach is through a feature called Twitter Communities.

Joining a Twitter community allows you to post your own tweets, reply to other members, and participate in conversations about specific topics. The goal is to exchange help, resources, and information with those who share your professional or personal interests. You can browse the list of suggestions or search by name, topic, or other keywords to find Twitter communities. Here’s how to join the Twitter community:

To check out existing Twitter communities, sign in to your Twitter account through the website or mobile app. If you haven’t joined the community yet, Twitter community account pageScroll down until you find a community that interests you.[コミュニティに参加]Click the button (Figure A).

[参加]Click the button. Then check the rules for that community,[同意して参加]button (Figure B).

When you join your first community, the community icon will appear in the left menu of your Twitter page and in the bottom bar of your Twitter app.scroll down the screen[ディスカバー]Go to the section to view more communities.[もっと見る]Click the link to see the full list of communities (Figure C).

Scroll down the list and select other communities you want to join.If you know of a particular community, or want to see if a community exists for a particular topic, click[検索]Enter a name or keyword in the field. Depending on your search, related communities will pop up. choose what you are interested in,[参加]button (Figure D).

Some Twitter communities are public. This means you can join automatically without moderator approval. Other communities are invite-only. That means you have to request membership. For invite-only communities,[同意して参加する]Click the button. You will then have to wait until a moderator approves your request before interacting with that community (Figure E).

Once you’ve joined one or more communities,[コミュニティ]Return to page. Scroll down to see the latest tweets from other members of all participating communities. Click a specific community at the top to see only Tweets from those members (Figure F).

Read various tweets posted by other members. Whenever you find a Tweet that interests you, you can like or retweet it. To reply to a Tweet, tap[返信]Click the icon and enter your reply[返信](Figure G).

To post your own tweets to the community, make sure you’re viewing the community’s feed. Click the Tweet button. Make sure your community is listed as an audience. Enter your tweet. Like any other Tweet, you can include links, images, GIFs, or emojis. Click the Tweet button to post (Figure H).

Finally, you can view community details, invite other users, and leave if you want. On her Twitter feed in the community, click on the entry showing the number of members to see her Twitter name for each member. Click the share icon to invite other members.[参加済み]to the icon[脱退]Hover over until you see , then click that icon to leave the community (Figure I).
