Milwaukee's Black Arts Fest MKE 2022: Entertainment, Music, Food & Art

Black performing and visual artists, musical acts, dance, food, vendors, children’s activities, resource groups and cultural venues.

All of this is what attendees can expect from this year’s Black Arts Fest MKE, according to the news release.

The annual festival is set to return on Saturday after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Having a family-friendly, well-run festival in a beautiful lakeside facility is a great opportunity for the African-American community,” said Derek Tice, executive vice president and chief investment officer of West Bend and chairman of Fest. We will send the message that we are being evaluated.” Mutual Insurance, said in a news release. “The Black Arts Fest MKE showcases music, dance, art and food of all kinds. The emphasis is on businesses and artists owned by the country.”
