Big Machine Music City Grand Prix Starring Tim McGraw and Carly Pierce, Cheat Codes and DJ Hish Add to Entertainment Lineup

The downtown engine roar of the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix, August 5-7, is amplified with more musical performances, including the addition of Los Angeles superstar trio Cheat Codes and Nashville’s DJ HISH.

Nissan Stadium Campus’ electrifying line-up will satisfy the diverse appetites of music fans with even more off-track entertainment. Admission to the nightly marquee concerts is included with same-day race tickets in all price ranges to make the most of the event’s fast-paced weekend.

Cheat Codes remain an unavoidable musical force that bounces across electronic, dance, pop, and now country genres, leaving behind an impact of innovation and collaboration across popular culture. Their total streams surpass his staggering 6 billion plays with a diverse discography that includes Platinum Pop Radio’s Top 5 smash “No Promises.” [feat. Special guests MacKenzie Porter and Matt Stell will also join Cheat Codes for an unannounced collaboration on Sunday, August 7th. The Cumberland River Stage is located on the corner of Titans Way and Victory Avenues.

Big Machine X’s Cumberland River Stage will also feature daily performances from rising stars on Friday, August 5, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday, August 6, 9am-7:15pm. Upcoming are CMT Next Women of Country alum Hannah Dasher, Spotify’s Fresh Finds artist Carter Faith, and Big Machine Label Group’s Mackenzie Carpenter and Tiera Kennedy.

Since 2011, HISH has been a Nashville staple, writing songs and performing at some of Music City’s biggest events. The songwriter-turned-artist-producer quickly began to make a name for himself with his country and electro-infused spins on his music.

He has toured with the likes of Brantley Gilbert, Chase Bryant, and Dustin Lynch, and has performed at some of country music’s most prestigious festivals in the United States and abroad. HISH is now a resident DJ at some of Nashville’s most prestigious venues and continues to play festivals around the world.

HISH will open for superstar Tim McGraw on the ZYN Main Stage on Saturday, August 6th at 8:10pm.

The anticipation for McGraw’s concert builds, and the energy reaches its peak at 8:30pm that night. Multi-his hyphenated superstar recently scored his 45th chart topping with “7500 OBO” from HERE ON EARTH (Big Machine Records). McGraw’s nineteenth world No. 1 album. His unparalleled career includes his over 80 million record sales worldwide and countless industry accolades. His three-time Grammy Award winner will only make a stop in Nashville when he performs as part of his Big Machine Music City Grand Prix on his 2022 North American tour.

To officially kick off the festival, the Freedom Friday Tribute Concert hosted by Wesley Mortgage will feature Aaron Lewis, Deanna Carter, Abby Anderson and Jackson Dean. Entertainment on August 5th begins at 7pm on the ZYN Main Stage.

The Grand Ole Prix concludes a music-driven weekend on Sunday, August 7th. Headliners Brantley Gilbert and Carly Pierce will be joined by Midland and Calista Clark on his ZYN main stage at 5:45 p.m. Dee Jay Silver kicks off the music at 5pm.
